1. Lezore Is Currently Free to Use
Lezore is in early access. There is no charge to create an organization, add sites, register workers, mark attendance, or run payroll. We do not currently collect payment details, process payments, or issue invoices.
Because nothing is charged, there is presently nothing to refund. This page exists so that our commitments are on the record before that changes.
2. Plan Limits During Early Access
Plans differ by how many construction sites an organization can run at once. Those limits are enforced in the product today, but no plan carries a charge during early access.
3. What Happens Before We Start Charging
We will not begin billing any organization without doing all of the following first:
- Publishing the full pricing, refund, and cancellation terms on this page.
- Notifying existing organizations by email before any charge is raised.
- Requiring an explicit opt-in to a paid plan. No account is converted automatically.
If you do not opt in, your organization continues on the free plan and its limits. We will not charge a card we were never given.
4. Cancelling and Exporting Your Data
You can stop using Lezore at any time. Before you do, export your records from Settings > Backup Hub, which produces a complete JSON snapshot of your worker roster, attendance, advances, payments, and ledgers. Your data is yours; take it with you.
