1. Delete from the app
Deleting your account takes a few taps and does not require contacting us. Both apps show you exactly what will be affected before anything happens.
Settings → Data & Security → Delete account. Review what will be removed, type the confirmation phrase, and re-enter your password.
Settings → Profile & Account → Delete account. The same two confirmations apply.
You will be asked to type DELETE MY ACCOUNT and to re-enter your password. The typed phrase guards against an accidental tap; the password guards against someone using a phone you left unlocked.
2. What is deleted
- Your sign-in credentials. Your email address, password, and profile details are permanently removed from our authentication provider.
- Your membership of every organization. You lose access immediately, and your name, email, and profile photo are cleared from each organization's member list.
- Pending invitations addressed to you. Any organization that invited you but which you never joined has that invitation withdrawn, so your email address does not remain in their records.
- Organizations that exist only for you. If you are the sole owner of an organization that has no other members, no workers, no sites, and no finalised payroll, it is deleted along with your account.
3. What each organization keeps
If you belong to an organization run by someone else — for example, you are a supervisor on a contractor's sites — deleting your account removes you, not their business records.
- Attendance, advances, payments, and payroll for that organization's workers stay with the organization. They are its statutory wage record, and it needs them.
- Entries in the change history showing that a change was made remain, because that history is what makes a wage record auditable. Once your account is deleted the identifier attached to those entries no longer resolves to any personal details.
Export anything you want to keep before deleting. Organization owners can download a complete JSON or CSV archive from Settings > Backup Hub.
4. If you are the only owner of an active organization
We will not silently destroy an organization that other people depend on. If you are its only owner and it still has members, workers, sites, or finalised payroll, the app will tell you so and offer two ways forward:
- Hand it over. Promote another member to owner from Settings > Team, then delete your account. The organization carries on without you.
- Close it too. Delete the organization from Settings > Organization, then delete your account.
Either route is always available, so being an owner never leaves you unable to delete your account.
5. Retention and mistakes
A record that the account was deleted is kept for 30 days. It exists so that a deleted account cannot be silently reactivated by an old sign-in, and so that a deletion made by mistake can still be investigated.
If you deleted your account in error, email support@lezore.com from the address on the account within those 30 days. After that window we can no longer restore anything.
To request erasure of specific records, or to ask a question about what an organization still holds, contact grievance@lezore.com. See our Privacy Policy for your rights under the DPDP Act 2023.
6. If you cannot sign in
If you have lost access to the app or your device, you can still have your account deleted. Email support@lezore.com from the email address registered on the account and ask us to delete it.
We will confirm the request comes from the registered address before acting on it. We deliberately do not offer deletion through a public form on this page, because an unauthenticated form that deletes an account by email address could be misused against you.
